We stand behind our work. Here is exactly what you can expect if things don’t go to plan.
1. Our Commitment to You
At Cyborg Media Tech, we are committed to delivering measurable results for every client. We back this commitment with our 60-Day Performance Guarantee: if we do not demonstrate measurable improvement in your agreed KPIs (such as cost-per-lead, ROAS, or conversion rate) within the first 60 days of active campaign management, we will continue working at no additional charge until we do — or we will refund your most recent monthly management fee in full.
2. Nature of Our Services
Cyborg Media Tech provides professional paid advertising management services. Our fees cover the time, expertise, tools, and labour involved in managing your campaigns. It is important to note:
- Our management fees are separate from your advertising spend (which is paid directly to the relevant platform such as Meta, Google, etc.)
- We do not control or take responsibility for third-party platform policy changes, ad account restrictions, or platform outages
- Advertising results can be influenced by factors outside our control, including market conditions, product quality, and website conversion rates
3. When Refunds Apply
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- 60-Day Guarantee: If we fail to demonstrate measurable improvement within the first 60 days of campaign management, and you have met your obligations as a client (see Section 5).
- Service not delivered: If we failed to deliver the agreed services due to our own error or negligence.
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service period due to a billing error.
4. When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after work has commenced
- Results were impacted by factors outside our control (platform policy changes, website issues, product market fit problems)
- You did not provide necessary access, assets, or approvals in a timely manner, delaying our ability to execute
- You violated the terms of service of any advertising platform
- The refund request is made after 30 days from the end of the relevant service period
- Partial months of service are not eligible for pro-rata refunds unless we are at fault
5. Client Obligations
To be eligible for our 60-Day Guarantee, clients must:
- Provide timely access to all required ad accounts, analytics, and assets
- Approve or request changes to ad creative within 48 hours of submission
- Maintain the agreed minimum advertising budget throughout the period
- Attend scheduled review calls to align on strategy
- Notify us promptly of any changes to the business that may impact campaign performance
6. Cancellation Policy
Our services operate on a rolling monthly basis. To cancel, please provide a minimum of 30 days written notice via email to info@cyborgmediatech.com. Upon cancellation:
- All campaign assets and account access will be returned to you within 5 business days
- Any pre-paid fees for future periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis
- Work completed up to the cancellation date is non-refundable
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@cyborgmediatech.com with:
- Your full name and company name
- The service period in question
- A clear description of the reason for your refund request
- Any supporting evidence (e.g. performance data, communications)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve all refund requests within 10 business days.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our response to a refund request, please escalate to info@cyborgmediatech.com with the subject line “REFUND DISPUTE”. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
