What’s the difference between browser-side Pixel and server-side CAPI?
Browser-side Pixel relies on the user’s browser to fire events — blocked by ad blockers and iOS 14+ privacy changes. Server-side CAPI sends conversion data directly from your server to Meta, bypassing browser restrictions. Since iOS 14, server-side is essential for accurate Meta attribution. We implement both and deduplicate.
Is this a one-time setup or do you offer ongoing support?
Both. We offer one-time setup with full documentation (you maintain going forward) or an ongoing tracking maintenance retainer where we monitor, update, and fix any tag breakages caused by site updates or platform changes.
Can you fix our existing tracking rather than rebuild?
