Before we start, we agree a specific primary performance target in writing — a ROAS number for eCommerce clients, a cost-per-qualified-lead number for lead gen clients. If we do not hit it within 60 days, you do not pay your management fee for month three. No arguments. No small print. No excuses.
✓ What the Guarantee Covers
- The primary KPI agreed in writing before month one (ROAS or CPL)
- Performance measured against that specific number over the full 60-day window
- Free month three management fee if the target is missed
- Full account access retained throughout — no hostage-taking
- No requirement to commit to month four or beyond to claim it
- Written confirmation of the guarantee terms in your onboarding proposal
✗ What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Performance targets you set after we start (targets are agreed upfront only)
- Results affected by your ad account being suspended due to policy violations on your end
- Impact from website downtime or major site changes made without our knowledge
- Ad spend reductions made by you mid-campaign that affect data volume
- Results on platforms we do not manage (organic, email, other agencies)
- Campaigns paused at your request during the 60-day window
How to Claim It (If It Ever Comes to That)
Day 60 Review Call
We schedule a formal 60-day review call on or before day 60. We present actual performance vs agreed target with full account data shared on screen.
Target Missed? We Confirm It in Writing
If the agreed target was not hit, we confirm this in writing within 24 hours of the review call. No disputing. No reframing. The number either hit or it did not.
Month Three Invoice Is Cancelled
Your month three management fee invoice is cancelled automatically. No forms to fill. No escalation needed. It just does not arrive.
You Decide What Happens Next
Continue with month four if results are trending right and you want to give it more time. Cancel with 30 days notice if you do not. Either way, we have honoured the guarantee and you have full information to make the decision.
Why We Offer This When Most Agencies Do Not
Most agencies do not offer a performance guarantee because they cannot back one up. Vague promises are easy. Defined targets with financial consequences are not.
We offer this because we only take on clients we are confident we can help. Every strategy call begins with a full account audit. If we do not see a credible path to the agreed target, we tell you before we start — and we do not take the contract. The guarantee exists because our onboarding process is selective enough that we rarely have to pay it out.
It also exists because accountability is the only thing that separates a good agency from a bad one. A lock-in contract protects the agency. A performance guarantee protects the client. We know which side of that we want to be on.
